In 2017, Hurricane Irma tore through Florida and left Ryan staring at a damaged roof. Like thousands of other homeowners, he was told he needed a full replacement — a $20,000+ job. But his roof wasn't destroyed. It was dried out, weathered, and needed some TLC.
That's when Ryan discovered roof rejuvenation and coating technologies. Products that could restore shingles from the inside out. Coatings that could waterproof and protect for a fraction of replacement cost.
He teamed up with Mark, a fellow Sarasota native with deep experience in the roofing industry. Together, they founded Florida Roof Renewal with one mission: give Florida homeowners a better option.
